Our third and last land portage. We are in Skaway today, a very small gold rush town. we arrived at 7am and left around 830pm. Our tour for the day a jeep rental. We drove from Skagway to Emerald Lake, about a 150 mile round trip with stops along the way. This was a self guided tour.
Unfortunately we did not see any wild life, a few Ravans, dead squirrel 🐿️. But wa got some great pics so enjoy.

The Carcross Desert is a unique northern sand dune ecosystem spanning roughly one square mile in the Yukon, Canada, often called the smallest desert in the world.
